Property Owners
We charge 8% of monthly rent per unit with a $150/month minimum.

- • Lease Preparation using up-to-date agreements that minimize landlord liability
- • Move-In Inspections to document a property's condition when the lease begins
Yes, management clients pay $495 at the time a unit is rented which includes a rent analysis, pro photography, virtual staging, syndicated advertising to 10+ portals, 24/7 status tracking, in-depth screening, lease prep and the move-in inspection. For tenant placement alone, click here.
Yes, for non-management clients the fee is $995 which includes rent analysis, pro photography, staging, syndication, screening, and lease prep. Payment is due at the time the lease is signed.
Yes, we manage remodels and upgrades for a 4% project management fee. Routine maintenance is excluded.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply after the grace period listed in your lease.
Yes. Many listings include 3D tours, and we offer remote showings when available.
