Larry Salazar

Co-Founder & CEO

Larry Salazar is a licensed California real estate broker (CA DRE #01159707) and licensed mortgage broker (NMLS #250859) with over 30 years of real estate experience across Southern California. He began his career managing foreclosure, eviction, and loan portfolios at CenFed Savings in Pasadena before relocating to San Diego in 1991, where he quickly became a trusted expert in lending, leasing, and investment properties.

In 2002, Larry founded Pacific Real Estate and Mortgage, where he helped hundreds of clients buy, sell, refinance, and rent residential properties. His extensive background in construction, renovation, and asset management gives him a unique ability to protect property value while maximizing returns. As a landlord himself, Larry brings a hands-on, owner-first mindset to every property he manages.

Andrew Johnson

Co-Founder & President

Andrew Johnson is a licensed California real estate broker (CA DRE #01014628) and a certified real estate appraiser (License #AR027350) with over three decades of experience in commercial real estate, property valuation, and market strategy. He began his career in Los Angeles in 1991 before relocating to San Diego, where he became a partner at 48-Hour Appraisal and led the valuation of more than 30,000 properties.

Andrew is also the author of Getting the Most for the Leased and has been featured in Inc. Magazine and the Los Angeles Times for his work in rental pricing strategy and investor success. With a deep understanding of rental market trends, income optimization, legal compliance, and landlord protection, Andrew helps clients make smarter, more strategic real estate decisions backed by data, experience, and long-term results.
